However, we had a problem with the room being too hot. First off, the deluxe king room is much smaller than what we're used to in casino hotels. I must share how disappointed I was in our room.
Went to Hard Rock to have a romantic dinner and night out. Keep on Rocking Hard Rock you’re doing a wonderful job at it❤️🤘🤘🤘 They go above and beyond for their guests and make your visit the most comfortable and accommodating stay you will ever have! If you’re not happy, they will do whatever it takes to make sure by the end of your stay you walk out smiling, and happy with the best outcome you could have ever imagined. The staff at Council Oak go above and beyond for their guests and we couldn’t have left any happier!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality🥰 Speaking of staff, the staff within the entire Hard Rock establishment take care of any guest needs and you may have. We even got to try the creme brûlée for free❤️ This was unexpected, but was such a delightful surprise for us💕 It was absolutely amazing, from taste to texture our meals couldn’t have been any better. My Fiancé and I had the pleasure of eating at the steakhouse Council Oak and I must say the food was exquisite, and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. This establishment is ONE of a kind! From the memorabilia to the Rock Shop, to the various games and restaurants within the facility, everything is truly unique.
